Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By accessing kore, you agree to these Terms of Use on behalf of The K Restaurant or your employing organisation.

If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Access and accounts

• Access is granted by your organisation administrator.
• You must keep credentials confidential and notify us of suspected compromise.
• You are responsible for actions performed under your account.
• We may suspend access for security, policy violations, or offboarding.

3. Acceptable use

• Use the Platform only for legitimate restaurant operations.
• Do not attempt to bypass permissions, scrape data, or probe security controls.
• Do not upload malware or unlawful content.
• Do not share exports containing personal data except as authorised.
• Report security issues responsibly to the platform administrator.

4. Operational data

You are responsible for the accuracy of inventory, recipe, and purchasing data you enter.

Automated stock deductions depend on correct recipe mappings and Shopify configuration.

Published recipe versions and posted stock movements may be immutable by design.

5. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Features may change; material changes will be communicated to administrators.

Scheduled maintenance may temporarily limit access.

6. Liability

The Platform is provided “as is” for internal operations. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or where limitation is prohibited by law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operating entity. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
